小小鸟热线与河南伙伴机构--益起前行

Little Bird Hotline and Peer Organizations in Henan--working hand in hand with public spirits

2019年8月2日-3日，“2019年河南公益机构能力建设工作坊”在河南郑州举行。本次活动由小小鸟热线和中国狮子联会联合举办。此次工作坊聚焦河南公益机构能力建设、机构服务经验交流以及促进区域发展。来自河南各省市的32家机构的代表，共35人参加此次活动。

On August 2 and 3, 2019, ‘2019 workshop on capacity building for public welfare institutions in Henan’ was held in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan province. This workshop, centering on capacity building of public welfare organizations in Henan, institutional service experience exchange and promotion of regional common development, was co-organized by Little Bird Hotline and Lions Club China. 35 representatives from 32 organizations in Henan province gathered together for this campaign.

在本次工作坊中，小小鸟机构代表向与会代表分享了机构的成立和发展历程，以及如何开始与政府合作、实现机构功能化、成功成立调解委员会，以及由单一的为个体工人服务的热线向“企业员工关爱热线”转型的新模式。另外，小小鸟热线除了分享如何发挥“调解委员会”功能，通过调解模式，以“零成本”的方式为打工群体解决劳资纠纷，还详细地介绍了公益机构与企业合作的新型“企业社会责任”（CSR）。这种新型的CSR模式为企业在改善员工关系方面提供了新的思

路，有效降低员工流失率，有助于企业实现长足的良性发展。

In this workshop, Little Bird Hotline shared the establishment and development of organization, how to start cooperation with the government, how to achieve functionalization of institution, the successful establishment of mediation committee as well as a transformation from a single hotline for individual workers to ‘corporate employees’ care hotline’. During this event, Little Bird presented the details of new mode of ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ (CSR) between public welfare institutions and enterprises in addition to sharing how to play the role of ‘mediation committee’, and help the migrant workers settle labor disputes through mediation, which is a ‘zero cost’ mode . This new CSR model provided new ideas for improving labor relations, effectively decreased the turnover rate of employees, and promoted the long-term benign development of the enterprises.

本次活动一共有9位来自不同领域的机构代表做了服务分享，此次沙龙活动从各个机构的成长脉络出发，在组织建立之初对自身定位、使命和治理方式的思考，机构运行在人力资源和资金方面的管理，对外界的拓展和传播，探索公益组织在管理和运作过程中涉及的核心理念和关键问题展开多视角的讨论、交流与资源共享，包括：“我们的管理”、“不忘初心，为爱再出发”、“美好童年和笑脸飞扬”、“成长--我们在路上”、“用青春书写人生”、“爱心衣橱在河南”、“新市民的机遇”、“大学生如何做公益”以及“世界顺丰车日”的分享。

In this event, 9 representatives from various institutions shared their service respectively. From the point of view of the growth of institutions, this salon activity remained committed to the position of institutional establishment from the beginning, mission and management method, and management of institutional operation in human resources and capital, promotion and publicity to the external. In addition, this event also explored the core idea of management and operation and embarked on the multiperspective discussion on the key issues and resources sharing, including ‘Our Management’, ‘Remain True to Our original Aspiration, Continue Going Ahead for Love’, ‘Happy Childhood and Smiling Face’, ‘Growth -- We are on the Road’, ‘Write Life with Youth’, ‘Love Wardrobe in Henan’, ‘Opportunities for New Citizens’, ‘How College Students Undertake Public Welfare’ and ‘World Hitchhiking Day’.

The topic on the afternoon of August 3 represented the core of this workshop, centering on special discussions on realizing self-sufficiency ability of public welfare organizations and transformation to social enterprises.

This activity received close attention and active participation from the public welfare organizations in Henan. Relying on this workshop, Little Bird Hotline and Lions Club China together with public welfare organizations in Henan have built a platform for mutual help and interaction. This will effectively promote more exchange and cooperation in future, achieve common, benign and sustainable development, and provide integrated and quality services for target groups.
